I hope this blog serves as another way I can interact with my pattern customers & other knitters. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. I would also love a message if you have blogged about any of my patterns on your personal blog, and, if you give me permission in your note, I may link to your blog post from this blog.

I purchased your sock monkey hat pattern and have the PDF file. However, I c=

Thank you for the great pattern!
Hi Addie-
ReplyDeleteYou can actually find the sock monkey videos on this knitting blog if you click on the "videos" tab up toward the top of this page.
There are a couple videos hyperlinked in the pattern that were not made by me, so to access those, you'll just have to type the address into your browser. I just double-checked the pattern to make sure the links worked for me and they do. I wonder if you might need to download a new version of Adobe Reader?
ReplyDeleteGood morning, My name is Sally and I am working on your Hearth Sweater for one of my granddaughters. It went smooth until I got to the point were I was to begin the sleeve cap. If I pick up, in my case; 58 stitches around the armhole I am unable to knit flat to do the cap shaping. I also tried using circular needles and am struggling with those as well. I have never created a sleeve from the top down. I am intrigued and would like to be able to master this. Can you tell me what I am doing incorrectly?
ReplyDeleteDesperate for help.
Sally
I am starting the Rory and Jojo hat pattern. You state using the long tail cast on, but I usually use a stretchy cast on. Do I need to use the long tail for holding the band more stable??
